Welcome to Essence Sanctuary! This portal of expanded consciousness has been a creative dream in progress. I am profoundly moved by our natural world and all things spiritual, esoteric, mystical and feminine. My work and art is a reflection of my devotion to explore, heal, create, love and experience freedom. I have a traditional bachelor degree in Health and Death & Dying and over 12 years of professional training in different healing modalities including therapeutic massage, hatha yoga, vipassana meditation, sound healing, angel reiki, transpersonal hypnotherapy and herbalism. I am honored to hold space and light for you as you look at areas in your life that are asking for transformation. I bring a sense of humor, compassion, curiosity and trust with me most of the time..as well as flowers, lots of flowers. My intention is to offer you a space to explore our human potential and go deep into what your story means to you in a creative, safe, and energizing way. I believe we are all being asked to dig deep, face our fears and accept ourselves with equinimity so we can bridge heaven and earth. This alchemy is happening within us and is reflected in how we experience our outer world. I am eternally greatful for all of my teachers in all forms, the earth for loving and holding me through all of the pain and spirit for moving me to help others. My confidence as a facilitator does not come from a place of certainty or correctness, my confidence comes from my commitment to the journey and the trust I have in the process. I am always a student as well as a teacher and I seek to honor everyone who crosses my path and practice gratitude through my service to humanity.
