With the help of your Higher Self and various therapeutic tools, you can look at damaging energy patterns, bring awareness to them from a witness state, and release them/reframe them/be ok with them allowing you to move through your subconscious blocks to the next level of healing.
The space I hold for you is one that I continue to walk. Finding the courage to love myself and listen to my inner voice has been the most rewarding experience in this lifetime. All relationships have something to teach us and compassion and forgiveness will be keys to this journey. We do not have to accept the circumstances of what happened in our lives, but we do need to accept the feelings that we have in reaction to them and hold them with an open heart.
