Meditative Massage

This is a multi-dimensional treatement including hot stones, essential oils, sound healing techniques and guidance from your Inner Healing Team. Schedule time to journey into a state of deep peace and internal focus. Allow your body to let go of deep held tension so you can experience more freedom, energy and alignment. I use a variety of modalities including swedish, compression/stretching, trigger points and positional release so you can feel physical, mental, and emotional release. The deeper you go, the lighter you become. Make investing in Self-Care a priority.

$360.00 Package of 3 sessions

Pre-paid (3 sessions) scheduled monthly clients will be offered 90 minute sessions for $120

Massage has a cumulative effect and the more familiar you get with me (the massage therapist) the deeper you go more quickly.

Pre-paid and scheduled bi-weekly & weekly clients will be offered 90 minute sessions for $115

Infrared Light can be added for $10/session

PLEASE READ

Cancellations for any session must be at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will be charged half-price and no shows will be charged full price. All online zoom sessions must be pre-paid. I accept cash, credit and app payment in person. Packages must be paid for in full and used within 6 months of the first session. Any sessions not used within that time frame will be forfeited. No-shows/missed appointments will be considered a session. This is due to scheduling needs and availability.
